SAMSON REEL MASTER® HOSE REELS

ILC Logo Samson® premium quality hose reels are adaptable to wall, floor or ceiling mounting, individually or in banks. Samson hose reels are designed with non-restrictive fluid passages and the right hose diameter for each application to provide the quickest material delivery. Spring powered and self-retracting; a latch locks the reel at the desired hose length and a slight pull releases the latch for smooth retraction. The hose guide arm can be placed in different positions to accommodate different mounting positions. The result? Increased productivity, reduced wear on hoses, simple handling and storage and lower risk of accidents as the hose reel keeps hoses off the floor.

Reel Master Series 505 Heavy-Duty Double Pedestal Arm Hose Reels - 3/4 inch

Full metal heavy-duty double pedestal hose reels, with hose capacity up to 50' x 3/4" or 75' x 1/2" hose. For air, water, antifreeze and windshield solutions, synthetic and mineral oils, DEF/AdBlue, waste oil evacuation, diesel or grease. Can be mounted on the floor, wall, ceiling or tank.

Reel includes inlet swivel, reel with hose includes hose stop. Inlet connecting hose is not included (see hose section of catalog at right for more information).

REEL MASTER SERIES 506 SINGLE ARM ALUMINUM HOSE REELS

Reel Master Series 505 Heavy-Duty Double Pedestal Arm Hose Reels - 3/4 inch

Aluminum base and arms with composite spool hose reels, can handle up to 50' x 1/2" hose. For air, water, antifreeze and windshield solutions, high pressure hot water, synthetic and mineral oils, DEF/AdBlue or grease. Can be mounted on the floor, wall, ceiling (40' models for ceiling mount only) or tank (hose reels are delivered in ceiling mount position).

* Special reels with 3/8" hose and 1/4" NPT end. Reel includes inlet swivel. Reel with hose includes hose stop and 30" inlet hose.

TECREEL SELF-RETRACTING HOSE REELS

BIJUR Logo The Tecreel range of self-retracting hydraulic hose reels are designed to provide an efficient means of transferring hydraulic power from a fixed moving point. The reels are self retracting and have an integral coil spring that ensures the hoses are always under tension. This eliminates slack or trailing hoses where there is a continuous variation in hose length. Used in conjunction with a swivel, a full 180° of hose movement is possible.
Reels are available as 2 port (Type 375 and Type 4), 4 port and Multi function models.
